ACCOMMODATION

YOUR NEW HOME IN MANCHESTER

Choosing to live in student accommodation will feel like a big move, but it is a great way to totally immerse yourself into university life.​

The area is well-served by bus routes, tram links and has designated cycle lanes so you can easily access Manchester City Centre, Media City UK and Salford Quays too.

Working in partnership with Trafford Council, UA92 offers two stunning accommodation options; Manchester Apartments at Westpoint and Academy Apartments.

Academy Apartments is located directly opposite the UA92 campus, with Westpoint just a 15-minute walk away.

All living spaces at Academy Apartments and Westpoint are fully furnished and include utilities and Wi-Fi. Residents at Westpoint will benefit from access to a private on-site gym and communal space. In both accommodation options, you will have your own private apartment with a kitchen, en-suite and shared laundry room facilities.

UA92 students will be grouped together at Westpoint and Academy Apartments, meaning you’ll easily get to know your fellow students.

ACADEMY APARTMENTS

There are five different room types available at Academy Apartments, all at an exclusive, reduced rate for UA92 students and available on Tenancy Agreements of either 41 or 51 weeks.

  • Compact studio from £140 per week.
  • Medium studio from £165 per week.
  • Compact 1-bedroom apartment from £180 per week.
  • Medium 1-bedroom apartment from £199 per week.
  • Large 1-bedroom apartment from £205 per week.

*Prices vary dependant on length of tenancy. The above price is based on a 51-week tenancy. The price per week increases if you book for 41 weeks. All room costs include heating, electricity and Wi-fi bills and access to onsite laundry facilities.

The accommodation agreement is between yourself and the provider therefore there will be a new set of terms and conditions, separate to that of UA92.
