Intensive English Language Overview
UA92 Global offers a number of Intensive English Language Programmes to help you to improve your academic English language skills before starting your academic studies. Our programmes are taught on campus at UA92 and will help build your confidence whilst supporting you to meet the English Language requirements of your chosen pathway – with three different course lengths to suit your current level of English.

The programmes are full-time with 16 hours per week in the classroom including seminar, practical tutorial sessions, plus independent work. You will undertake a number of modules which will teach you the skills to help you succeed in your future studies:
- Interactive Learning Skills and Communications
- Introduction to Academic Language
- Introduction to Academic Genres
- Research Reports
Assessments will include a combination of examination and coursework elements including essays, reports, reflective practices, listening logs, debates and presentations that test knowledge, skills and language competence.
Throughout the programme you will also take part in mini presentations, tests, online quizzes and mock exams. You will receive tutor and peer feedback on all your draft assessments and have the opportunity to attend feedback sessions.
